Anglesey Seafood Trail
We’re quite often mistaken for a seafood restaurant because of our name, but we’re by no means offended as we love to celebrate locally-sourced meat and seafood in equal measure. In fact, our menu is split per land and sea, and you’ll almost always find both a seafood and meat special on the black board during the summer months.
We’ve already committed to using local seafood suppliers wherever possible and removing single-use plastics from the business to help protect the surrounding land and sea, so it’s an honour to feature in the Anglesey Seafood Trail alongside a number of reputable seafood vendors.
Halen Môn can’t go unmentioned – the artisan sea salt made in the local waters of the Menai Straits features in the majority of our dishes (even some desserts!) Meanwhile SPAR Trearddur Bay is a personal favourite among staff and customers — selling fresh lobster and dressed crab caught just around the corner when in season.
Thanks to the Anglesey Seafood Trail, it’s easier than ever to find all the best places to buy, enjoy and learn about locally-caught seafood — and form a deeper connection to Anglesey’s maritime heritage.
Check it out for yourself here, or reserve a table with us and let us show you some of the best seafood our island has to offer — from local line caught sea bass and fresh lobsters to mackerel, oysters and the world’s best mussels (if we do say so ourselves!)
